The Challenge
A community clinic public entrance needed an AODA operator that would pass accessibility review and hold up to heavy patient traffic through winter.
Scope
- Low-energy swing operator
- Push buttons on both sides
- Approach clearance check
- Opening force test record
Our Approach
The crew measured approach clearances, mounted the actuators at the right heights and tested opening force before handover.
Operator settings were tuned for the vestibule so the door would not stall against winter stack pressure.
Outcome
The accessibility review passed on the first visit, and the operator has worked reliably through a full winter of heavy patient traffic.
