## The Challenge

A corporate campus on the Highway 404 corridor had six main entrances with no automatic operators and a growing list of accessibility requests from staff.

### Scope

-   6 swing operators across 2 buildings
-   Frame reinforcement at 2 openings
-   Wave-to-open sensors and push plates
-   Every operator tested before sign-off

## Our Approach

The crew walked every opening and checked header depth and door weight, then sent a written CAD scope with Dorma and Besam options inside two business days.

Two frames needed reinforcement before operators could be mounted. That work went into the spec so it was approved up front, not discovered mid-install.
