Stair doors, corridor doors, electrical and service rooms, and exit doors all have rules about labels, gaps, closers, latching and egress hardware. When one of them fails, it shows up as a deficiency order with a deadline. This family covers three services. Fire-rated door installation handles labelled 60 and 90-minute door, frame and hardware assemblies to NFPA 80 and CAN/ULC-S104. Fire exit door replacement covers whole exit door and panic hardware packages that meet OBC and Ontario Fire Code egress.
